Our favourite cocktails made with our very own spirits. LinGin Ruffle is our very own creation. Spread the word and lets see if we can get it served in all the top cocktail bars around the world. How cool would that be!

LinGin Ruffle

Serve: Martini glass

Garnish: grated dark chocolate 

How to make: Shake all ingredients, except the soda water, with ice and strain in to a glass. Garnish with grated chocolate. We recommend plain but equally nice with milk. 

Ingredients:   

25ml LinGin Colours Coconut

25ml LinGin Colours Raspberry

12.5ml Sugar syrup

12.5ml Grenadine syrup

2 drops Chocolate bitters 

1 drop of foamer or 1 egg white

50ml soda water

LinGin Blue Bird

Serve: Martini glass

Garnish: orange zest twist

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain in to a glass. Garnish with a twist of orange zest. If you like pad it out with soda water.

Ingredients:  

50ml LinGin London Dry Gin

25ml Blue Curacao

15ml Lemon juice

10ml Orgeat Syrup (Almond)

1 drop of foamer or 1 egg white

Optional:  

25ml soda water

LinGin Cranachan

Serve: Goblet

Garnish: Strawbery and or Raspberry

How to make: Shake all ingredients and strain in to a glass. Serve over ice, top with cream soda and garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Ingredients:  

25ml LinGin London Dry Gin or 25ml Four Mary's Subtly Spiced Gin

25ml LinGin Cask Aged Gin

10ml Raspberry Purée

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
